- Self-compassion and peer-supporting skills

- Comforting those in need
- Identifying suicidal signs
- Tackling mental health emergencies

Participants:
- F3–F6 students (aged 13–17) from 4–7 secondary schools.
- 100–200 secondary students to join.
- Delivered by 25 medical students trained by a psychiatrist specialist and a qualified university counsellor.
